Shipping
I ship from Alberta, Canada. I am not responsible for transit times or delays due to customs. Items may become delayed as they sit in customs within your country and mine, these wait times are especially long if you are located outside of North America.I generally prepare "ready to ship" items within 1-3 business days, while items marked as "made to order" will take 1-2 business weeks depending on my work load at the time the order is placed. Each item will state the length of time it will take to complete. I work through all orders as they come in, as fast as I can. I appreciate your patience! Please ensure your shipping address is correct! Once I ship your package, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels.
Returns
I generally do not accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure that you have read the product descriptions carefully and completely regarding size, color, variations, etc. Please purchase earrings knowing that they may be heavy as they are made from stone and metal. I will offer a full refund if I have personally made a mistake with your order, such as a wrong item or size. In this case, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item in the mail, and include your order number and an image if applicable.Please contact me if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way. I am here to help and want all of my valuable clients to be happy.

I care about all of my customers, and to me, they are more than just a name on an invoice, they are friends, supporters, and valued individuals. Rest assured, I quality check all of my pieces, sometimes 3 or 4 times before they leave my hands, and I have the utmost confidence that they will last a lifetime or more. Wholesale Inquiries
Right now, I am unable to accommodate wholesale requests. I'm only one person growing a little business. Hopefully one day this will be an option!
Payment Plans
See a piece that's a bit out of your budget right now? I offer payment plans! You can choose to split payments into 2, 3, or 4 payments, over the course of a maximum of 3 months. These payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and I require the first payment upfront as a deposit to hold your item. You may extend your plan one time, after that you must complete the remaining installments or forfeit your piece without a refund of any kind. If you encounter any problems please reach out early, I am more than happy to help! Thanks for your understanding!
Warnings
Please wear your jewelry with caution. I am not responsible for accidental injury or personal damage regarding any of my work. Supervise children around small items such as earrings, beads, or necklaces, etc.
Intellectual Property
All images, photos, graphics and designs belong to Stream & Strata Silver. They may not be copied, used elsewhere, or stolen with intent of personal gain. Every design has taken hours of time to draw out as well as copious amounts of effort to bring to life. Art is meant to be original, let's bring more unique designs into this world!
Custom Orders
Design fees may incur if extended time is required to solidify your design. I am more than happy to work with you to ensure you are satisfied, however multiple (more than three) large changes require more time on my end, and therefore may add additional fees to your total. You will be notified if these fees need to be added. Additionally, once the design has been finalized, no further changes can be made. Please refer to the Custom Orders page for complete information.
